It is said “He who has the heart to sow shall have the fruits to enjoy”.
With your review, even for the unreluctant and perhaps for those who just can’t have enough of the hate – love relationship with Czemsa; BUT most especially those who rightfully direct their desire for the betterment of Czemsa, knowing that they are that integral part of our union…
I shall place the review such that you all may understand each other, that you may see the transparency and know what is to be expected in the future Czemsa plans.
In the spirit of honest truths – I shall state this:
1) No opinion is flawed but that which feels ashamed of its own and proceeds to hide it, judge others and destroy without empathy.
a. There will certainly be my own opinions as no opinion is a fact. Just note – it will be a clash of beliefs as opposed to that of right and wrong (which surely I’d profess not believing in such)
2) Czemsa EXCOM are humans but also invested the ode to maturity by the rakyat – thus we will be humans but also respond no lower than responsible youths onto doctors in our opinions.
a. The most junior, most blunt member (me) will represent the honour of our most respected committee (respected by all of you wonderful people) to bring this.
Thus begins the collected review and psychology of the Czemsa participation,
Your satisfaction with Czemsa
- With a little self – promotion, as below the opinions of
- It is a very confusing situation sometimes my frens =) Just to remind you however
o Czemsa EXCOM = Czemsa, Czemsa EXCOM does not equal Czemsa =)
§ Czemsa is a relevant term referring to all of US
· So if you do think your country (as is relevant to this context) sucks – please do help it =)
§ Czemsa EXCOM = The voluntary slaves of Czemsa that has first hand felt and believe this is a wonderful community. Have taken their fair share and are now working to give it their all for the rest.
o We are however really thankful you took the effort to come here to say Czemsa is not up to your satisfaction – and remember this clearly – you as a part of this union are not yet good enough for you =)
§ So please state how we may assist you in being happy, and we might be able to do something better =)
· That you came to vote however – I’m am certain you know we will pull through this! =) Thank you for your trust

- It is quite obvious that the rakyat has express the opinion of how Czemsa.com is not a place that would be useful for communication I guess =)

Participating in Czemsa
- Here is what the members have to say about what will make them participate in Czemsa
- The academic bureau will address the problem in a group manner
o Though take notes of course there are overlaps of influences =)
- If they have innovative plans
o We’ll surprise you =) count on us for that
- If they help me in my studies
o Raise up your hand if you need the help =) We’ll try our best
- If they arrange fun activities
o Please show your support by participating or giving us your opinion how we could make more fun stuff =)
§ Do take note that being your personal opinion as with many of us though =) We’ll TRY – but in the case it doesn’t happen – I’m sure you know we are justified to say we have listened =) And I’m sure you will know we will have tried =)
- If the excom are more dedicated, if my opinion and participation is given more expression

o CZEMSA is here to stay!!
o On another term =) Please recruit the 60% of entire party including associate membership alongside the constitution 15.1 to retire the party if you so desire.
§ Czemsa EXCOM will however say this – for that day when there be just 40.0000001 % member – we will hold our ground in support of our people.
§ You are but 19 members in the whole 180 and more required to retire this society in terms of update of your status
· And we will NEVER lose to you.
o On another note – Czemsa does not force you to stay =)
§ We would appreciate happy members
· But if you do not seek a chance of reconciliation, understanding or compromise – Czemsa does not wish to burden you your martyrship of staying along a group you don’t like =)
· If however you consider yourself an invader to tear down the party of many – we will respond in civility that your opinion of our dissolution is not welcomed =)
o Come to us if you have a desire for change and working things out
§ If however you do not and are genuine to leave the party
· Please do not make life harder for the happy members here
§ I will state that we will not miss the absence of a grudging member
· As its not the policy of Czemsa to harbour people forcefully
o A house cannot possibly bear termites,Czemsa will not hold threats to its student body’s peace of mind.

§ You could have been those who are cowardly dishonest of their intent of spite to our society – but your sincerity and ability to speak up

§ IF however you felt the sting of hate and anger, spite and unwarranted judgement
· Look deep inside yourself and inspect your intent when you comment on someone’s genuine intents
o He who eats chilli burns his tongue – its only elementary
· The CZEMSA EXCOM are will however strive to be mature due to the responsibility we owe the faith of our members
o And will NEVER sink to such based mentalities
o Nor do we ever want to lose out peace of mind
§ And the example we have to set for our rakyat
Activities I want on Czemsa
- Please checklist us if we fail to organize these for you =)
o Most importantly – localities – you know the interest of the people now =)
- Could I be prejudiced to say boys are for sports and girls for cooking? =)
o Who knows – time will tell when you all participate in the events we have waiting for you =)
- Competitions
o Easily obvious as the 2nd most big sector =) Don’t worry, we’ll give you that avenue for friendly matches – most certainly =)
- Academic
o Our main goal as usual – rest assured – your localities are all doing their best to give you the best final exam questions notes as I’v heard thus far =) Make sure you support them and make them feel appreciated
§ A house won’t hold if pillars don’t support their walls, the ground its roofs.
- Intellectual pursuit – debate, writing, oratory
o The ART attack is coming – please do support Linah
- Social – leadership, trips
o Trust me =) your excom and localities had the right ideas all along
§ There are many coming up so keep your eyes peeled =)
- Music – I want a band =)
o My dear frens – take note the EXCOM has heeded your note
§ Though we are working the kinks alongside the summit
· To ensure the majority of you will enjoy your fun in the peace of religious harmony (for the Islamic practices)
· Please bear with us for the time we take to bring you into the acceptance of your other peers =)
- Organization and leadership – events, get togethers
o My dear frens =) I will be lying if I said we can realise the position for leadership for all of you
§ Though we are very touched for your proactive nature
§ What we will do however is call upon you for the organization of activities
· IF you can heed the highest picture above and report to Linah your excitement and passion =)

§ Czemsa is most certainly the most filled with many individuals =)

On the occasion you wanna quit Czemsa – what are the reasons
- This is obviously very serious =) thus I shall respond to my best
- I’m speaking out to all you valuable members =)
o Members because its obvious you have not yet quit
§ And still see the slightest bit of trust to complain
· And know you will be heeded
o Your concern for not being lackadaisical in commitment and honesty are a treasure of our Czemskind!
- I shall thus speak to you all not as statistics but as the numbered individuals you are
- Too much bureaucracy
o I’m speaking out to 2 of you valuable members
o I do not intend to be condescending
§ But do you really know what bureaucracy is?
· Or has it been an opinion injected upon you or hearsaid?
· Do you have a personal experience with bureaucracy impeding your having fun as a Czemsarakyat?
o If you are privy and aware, heartsick at the oppression of bureaucracy
§ Note you have skipped many borders just to be speaking direct to hicom now
· Thus please address your concern, definition of the source of bureaucracy and how to solve it
· If the academic bureau proves not to be trustworthy of your answers – please ask that I refer you to any other EXCOM members directly and your correspondence will be private and respected.
§ I have many doubts previous EXCOM have intentionally executed bureaucracy – but if that appears to be so, take note this is now a new EXCOM as I believed you knew when you responded to this questionnaire
· Please seek out the closest EXCOM member personally and we will answer your injustice.
